Appearance Day
of Srila Prabhupada!
Tuesday, Sept. 4, 10:30AM
 SrilaPrabhupadaPortrait
Following the Janmashtami Festival, we will be celebrating the appearance day of Srila Prabhupada on Tuesday, Sept. 4, starting at 10:30 AM.
Srila Prabhupada gave millions of people the inspiration to chant the holy names of Krishna. He opened over 108 temples around the world, translated over 70 volumes of Vedic literature, and initiated over 10,000 followers. ISKCON continues to grow today, and as the founder-acharya, Srila Prabhupada plays a central role in the life of all devotees. We know that without Srila Prabhupada’s courage and his unmotivated love and compassion, we would not have had the opportunity to intimately serve Krishna in such a favorable environment as ISKCON.
We feel deep gratitude to him for his continued blessings upon us and we will be honoring him on his holy appearance day. Please join us for this remembrance and show your appreciation for Srila Prabhupada by sharing realizations of his mercy. Try to take off work at least for a late lunch
Schedule of Events:
 10:30 AM – Bhajans/Kirtan
11:00 AM – Vyasa Puja Offerings
12:30 PM – Pushpanjali and Arati
1:30 PM –   Feast
